SortMyDays respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the SortMyDays Android application (“the App”) and the SortMyDays website.
Information Stored by the SortMyDays App
SortMyDays allows you to create and manage tasks, checklists, task history, and related productivity information.
Your task content and related SortMyDays data are stored locally on your device. SortMyDays does not intentionally transmit your task titles, checklist contents, task history, paused or deleted tasks, completed-project information, or search text to the developer or to Google AdMob for advertising.
Backup and Restore
SortMyDays includes a backup and restore feature. When you choose to create a backup, the App creates a backup file containing your SortMyDays data and allows you to save it to a location you select.
Backups are created only when you initiate the backup process. SortMyDays does not automatically upload your backup files to the developer.
If you save or share a backup using another service, such as a cloud-storage provider, file manager, messaging service, or other third-party application, that service’s own privacy practices apply to information you choose to provide to it.
Advertising and Google AdMob
SortMyDays uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
As part of providing advertising services, Google and its advertising partners may collect, process, or share certain technical information. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and advertising settings, this may include information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- device and advertising identifiers;
- interactions with the App and advertisements; and
- diagnostic and performance information.
This information may be used for purposes including advertising, analytics, ad measurement, and fraud prevention.
SortMyDays does not intentionally include your task titles, checklist contents, task history, search text, or backup contents in advertising requests sent to Google AdMob.

Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required, SortMyDays uses Google’s consent tools to present privacy choices relating to advertising.
The advertising shown and the information used for advertising may vary depending on your region, your consent choices, your device settings, and applicable law.
Where available, you may also manage advertising and privacy choices through your device settings and through privacy options provided within the App.
Third-Party Services
SortMyDays uses third-party services necessary to provide certain features, including Google advertising services. These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable law.
SortMyDays Website
The SortMyDays website may use standard web technologies and hosting infrastructure necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the website.
If advertising, analytics, contact forms, comments, cookies, or other data-processing features are added to the website in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate before or when those features are introduced.
Children’s Privacy
SortMyDays is a general productivity application and is not specifically designed for or directed to young children. The App may nevertheless be useful to users of different ages.
Where applicable, the use of SortMyDays by children or minors may be subject to parental consent, supervision, or other requirements under the laws of the user’s country or region.
SortMyDays does not intentionally transmit user-created task content to the developer for advertising purposes. Advertising services are configured and used in accordance with applicable requirements and Google policies.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures in the design of SortMyDays to limit unnecessary collection and transmission of user-created task content. However, no device, software, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device and for any backup files you create.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to SortMyDays, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
When the policy is updated, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised.
