Welcome to SortMyDays. These Terms of Service govern your use of the SortMyDays Android application and website. By using SortMyDays, you agree to these terms.

1. About SortMyDays
   SortMyDays is a productivity application designed to help users create and organize tasks, plan checklists, review task history, and track their progress.
   The app is provided as a productivity tool. You remain responsible for the tasks, plans, decisions, and information you enter into or manage through the app.
2. Your Data
   Your task data is stored locally on your device. SortMyDays does not automatically upload or back up your task data to the developer or to a SortMyDays-operated server or cloud service.
   SortMyDays provides a manual backup feature that allows you to create a backup file and choose where to save it. You are responsible for keeping any backup files you create secure and for maintaining copies where appropriate.
   Restoring a backup may replace or modify data currently stored in the app. You should therefore make sure that you select the intended backup file when using the restore feature.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
   SortMyDays may display advertisements provided through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
   Third-party services may process certain device, usage, advertising, or other information in accordance with their own policies. Further information about these services and the data associated with them is provided in the SortMyDays Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to misuse SortMyDays, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use the app in a manner that violates applicable law.
5. Availability and Changes
   We may update, modify, add, or remove features from SortMyDays as the app develops.
   While reasonable efforts are made to keep SortMyDays functioning reliably, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability
   To the extent permitted by applicable law, SortMyDays and its developer are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance on the app, loss or corruption of locally stored data or backup files, device failure, third-party services, or circumstances outside the developer’s reasonable control.
   Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
   SortMyDays, including its original design, branding, software, and content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SortMyDays or its intellectual property to users.
8. Changes to These Terms
   These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to SortMyDays, applicable requirements, or the services used by the app.
   The current version will be published on this page, together with its latest revision date.
